The WorldWide IDEA Academies provide a number of valuable online subscriptions and partnership resources to enhance and support quality teaching, learning, and testing prep. If purchased individually, the content of these resources could cost a family thousands of dollars, and some can only be purchased by schools or libaries.
Our families are able to use these resources to fulfill a lot of their curriculum needs, which ultimately saves a lot of money.
We encourage you to review this page, which provides an overview of these resources that families can access as part of their enrollment benefits in WorldWide IDEA.

World Book Online is comprehensive repository of research and study materials. Individual subscriptions cost $50 per year. To collect a similar off-line resource (printed books and CDs), a family would need to buy several World Book packages — spending thousands of dollars — and even then would not include all of the content found here.

ALEKS is available for a variety of math courses for 3-12 students. Through the WorldWide IDEA program, the subscription cost is just $40 per student for the year, instead of the regular price of about $200 per student per year.
ALEKS is a web-based, artificially intelligent assessment and learning system. ALEKS uses adaptive questioning to quickly and accurately determine exactly what a student knows and doesn't know in a course. ALEKS then instructs the student on the topics she is most ready to learn. As a student works through a course, ALEKS periodically reassesses the student to ensure that topics learned are also retained. ALEKS courses are very complete in their topic coverage and ALEKS avoids multiple choice questions.
ALEKS also provides the advantages of one-on-one instruction, 24/7, from virtually any web-based computer for a fraction of the cost of a human tutor.
To learn more about this resource visit the ALEKS website. For a family not enrolled in WorldWide IDEA, each ALEKS class costs $125; For our enrolled families, the cost is only $35 per class.
